Printed Folders UK is backed by a fully equipped commercial print operation rather than production being passed between multiple suppliers. Design, pre-press, printing and finishing are handled at our Southampton facility.
Our litho department operates two Sakurai OL575SD presses with CIP3 ink-key automation, giving us the capacity to produce volume folder runs while maintaining consistent colour throughout production. For shorter quantities and quick-turn requirements, our digital equipment includes Konica Bizhub C1085 and AccurioPress CB08S presses with Fiery RIP.
Our pre-press equipment includes a Screen PlateRite 4300 CtP system and calibrated Epson SureColour P7000 spectro-proofer. Having experienced print staff and production equipment in the same facility gives our team close oversight from artwork preparation through to the finished job.

Proofing, production and UK delivery
Once your artwork has been supplied, our pre-press team checks the files and provides a digital PDF proof for sign-off. Following approval, the job moves into production and our team monitors its progress through the workshop.
Typical turnaround is 3–5 working days from proof approval, with finished orders delivered UK-wide. Keeping production under one roof means our team remains close to the job throughout printing and finishing, which is particularly valuable when deadlines matter.
Sustainability is also part of our wider print operation. Inprint Group holds FSC® credentials and is associated with the World Land Trust, alongside membership of the British Printing Industries Federation (BPIF).
