The right production method depends on the requirements of the job. Our Southampton workshop houses both litho and digital presses, allowing our experienced production team to handle different quantities and turnaround requirements.

For volume work, our two Sakurai OL575SD litho presses use CIP3 ink-key automation to help maintain colour consistency throughout a run. For shorter quantities and quick-turn requirements, our Konica digital presses provide an alternative production route.

Pre-press is handled in-house too, with Screen CtP equipment and calibrated Epson proofing equipment supporting accurate production. Keeping these processes within our own facility gives our team direct oversight from artwork preparation through to printing and finishing.
