Die-cut folders
Shape, slot or window your folders into something memorable.
Custom die-cutting lets us shape, slot, and window your presentation folders so they do more than just hold paper. Whether you want a discreet business card slot, a window that reveals the brochure inside, or a folder cut to the silhouette of your logo, we can produce it from your artwork.
Three die-cut treatments
All three can be combined on a single folder if you want.
Cut-out windows
Apertures on the front cover that reveal the document or brochure inside. A clean way to add depth without a more expensive finish.
Business card slots & pockets
Built into the inside cover to hold a contact card, USB stick or insert. You specify size, shape, orientation and position.
Fully shaped folders
Cut to any outline — your logo, your product, or a themed shape for an event or campaign. Ideal for exhibitions, launches and pitch packs.
Cutter complexity
Tooling charges run from £55 to £200 depending on how intricate the cut is. Three tiers cover the vast majority of jobs.
Simple
Single straight or curved cuts. Business card slots, small apertures, basic rectangular or circular windows.
Medium
Multi-cut shapes, panel windows, themed silhouettes. The most common job for branded folders that want a bit more presence.
Complex
Detailed logo outlines, intricate patterns, multi-step cuts. For when the folder shape is part of the brand story.
