Custom presentation folder printing
With our custom printing, we can print any artwork imaginable onto your custom presentation folders. You can choose to create your own design, or take advantage of our design services, where out professional in-house graphic designers will provide artwork to your specifications.
If you do choose to create your own printed folders, including your personal design, here’s a few things to consider:
Pick the right size
We use standard sizes, including A3, A4, A5, A6, DL and card holder size. Consider the most appropriate size for your folder before commencing your design.
Choose your pockets
Do you want integrated pockets and if so, how many? Don’t forget that you can also create your own design for the pockets too!
Make the most of your branding
When creating your design, make sure to prioritize your branding. Include your logo, company message and complementary colour scheme to really reinforce your brand.
Set up your artwork correctly
Ensure your artwork is in CMYK mode, to avoid improper colour printing and make sure to include a bleed area to avoid accidental losses during the printing and cutting process. Take a look at our artwork set-up for more information.
Consider your print finish
When creating your custom printed folders, don’t forget to consider the print finish. We offer a wide range of lamination including gloss (which will heighten colours), matt (which will make them appear more subdued and elegant) and soft-touch (for an extra bit of luxury). We also offer foiling, embossing and Spot UV – so if you want any of these features included in your finished product, ensure you include them in your design.

Don’t forget to take advantage of our design templates, to ensure accurate sizing and a realistic layout.
Presentation folder design templates
We offer a wide range of presentation folder templates, to make creating your own bespoke artwork easier. Every individual product has its own template, so simply click on a product to access the relevant template.
If your folder is going to be die-cut, it will need a cutter guide template to ensure that the correct shape is achieved. A die-cutter produces a blade in the shape of your folder, so ensure your cutter guide template is outlined or stroked in the shape of the finished folder. Sales brochure & prospectus printing
If a standard presentation folder isn’t what you’re looking for, we also offer sales brochures and prospectus printing. Unlike regular presentation folders, these are enhanced booklets, with extra pages saddle-stitched into the spine, to create a thorough and engaging piece of literature.
If you’re concerned you’ll lose the integrated pockets – don’t worry! Each folder brochure comes with pockets for storing additional material.
